FIMCLA
loans are available with either a fixed or variable rate.
Repayment and
prepayment
terms
are
similar
to
that under
other
Sandhilld Credit Union loan programs. There are FIMCLA Registration
and Administration charges for these types of loans, however,
fees can be added to the loan.
As with any other agricultural loan, there are a number of
considerations when granting loans for agricultural needs.
The Farm Improvement Loan program is one lending tool that
is available from Sandhills Credit Union that may be suitable
for farm needs.
